Bring your $300 Burial Money
The Sea Org recruitment should demand each person joining bring their $300 burial money.
That’s kinda the set up in the Sea Org anyway. It is a great intro concept for what is expected.
This article is actually about another one of the bad things that I was part of.
And here we go:
Picture 5-7 executive staff, sitting around a large conference table.
“Has she agreed to get the abortion?”, one of them asks all of us.
I’m not naming the Sea Org member, but she has spoken out in the media about forced abortions, and it’s not me.
See, I already had one abortion by this time, something that weighed on me heavily. I wanted to cry about it but there’s no time for that.
In this meeting, which is called Perimeter Counsel, which I was a member of for years, met daily to co-ordinate and discuss any staff member matters that threatened the perimeter of the property.
In other words, it’s job was to keep everything contained. No “external flaps” as they were called.
We met to deal with any issues with staff.
All medical conditions (we had two staff with huge leg ulcers, major dental issues on many staff, staff that were terminally ill, etc.) and what we were doing to help them. Well, that was impossible because they didn’t give us money to get them medical care. So it was like “raise your leg for ten minutes if it hurts too much”. Great medical care. Top notch.
Pregnant staff. So if a couple got pregnant, the female was the bigger threat. The couple would be separated and handled that way. The couple does not make the decision. The main effort is to get the female to abort. Then if she refuses, she will be told to divorce her husband. At least that way we only lose one staff member, not two. On some occasions the couple manages to separately hold their ground to have the child and they will be interrogated for hours and hours. A lot goes into trying to get them to abort.
Staff blows. People who vanish are brought up in the meeting. It was on security (who are part of the meeting) to find them and get them back. Once they were back, it was on me to get them auditing sessions to find their upset on why they took off, then interrogations to discover what they were hiding.
People who want to leave the Sea Org. These were discussed in detail on what were being done with them. Anyone wanting to leave was taken off public lines because we don’t want that getting out. So the person was assigned another person who kept watch on them 24/7. And they did hard labor, out of the eyes of public, while getting through the steps to leave. Every step was discussed and co-ordinated with the Perimeter Counsel. Nothing was done without the groups approval.
Psychotic breaks. We have had staff who have gone into full mental breakdowns. At the time I was in this meeting, I was not trained on the Introspection Rundown, (I trained on that later), but we discussed everything about the person and the handlings needed. My first Perimeter Counsel meeting I found out we had one who was locked up in the storage area of our berthing building, with no light, a mattress on the floor, and someone standing guard at the door. Holy hell. This was the first I heard of it. They needed me to contact Dr Shields to get him a sedative because he was not sleeping at all. I was in charge of medical so I did that part. He wouldn’t take pills or liquid. We tried both. Then we tried a jelly form in a sandwich and he wouldn’t take that either. We eventually just had to let him go. We were not equipped to deal with his specific situation and we could not get him out of that state.
Anyone unhappy. The last group was catching early any “bad indicator” staff members. This was an effort to catch the problems early.
We had this meeting every day for years, to do everything possible to keep people in the Sea Org.
We were commended verbally many, many times for our excellent work in keeping people in the Sea Org and on post, helping us Clear Earth!
Yeah, great job, Sunny, denying people their right to their own choices and their own freedom. Pat on the back, Sunny. You are a great Sea Org member.
All orgs have this Perimeter Counsel and meet regularly on all the subjects listed above.
So remember, if you wanna join the Sea Org, bring your $300 burial money. They don’t tell you that, but I will.
