Always disliked my own, as I am named after my daddy (Robert) Roberta and grandpa ( Jon) yes,Jon! 😆 🤣 😂 It was hard being told by some kids that I should have been a boy, but that's nothing compared to what you kids endured! I am a lurker, but Scientology has brought me outside my proverbial shell this past year. I've been following Scientology for over 30 years in articles, books, TV shows and more recently YouTube. Now, at 61 I am a sometime peaceful protester for the victims of Scientology, and the children who cannot consent. I am also a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence. I suspect we trauma survivors kinda become bonded in some strange way. I realize that Tony Ortega, Chris Shelton and the Aftermath Foundation think we protesters are clowns 🤡 and doing nothing positive in the world wide movement against the cult. I try to tell all of you survivors who are speaking out in any way, how much I admire your resilience and sense of humor, that is needed sometimes as a trauma survivor. I really enjoy your writing and hope in some ways that it is therapeutic for you to share your stories. We (SPTV family)are currently in a push before the election to write to as many reps from each state and ask them how they stand on pushing for a hearing into the tax exempt status of Scientology. I appreciate tour energy and interest in taking down Scientology. It makes me sad that you are using SPTV label, however. Aaron is not a good person and has attacked every single ex that I know, including me. He has slandered me on multiple occasions and does not represent me or any exScn that I know. Sorry, I can’t be part of that. Thank you for the letters to Congress. For sure that is a great idea.
I'm sorry about your AAron problem. I know he's not for everyone. Color me silly, but I hope one day, we can all unite in the name of the cause. There will always be conflict, but that's the beauty of not being in a cult is that we can all see things differently. But we shouldn't be attacking one another, either. I hope you'll still accept my friendship no matter who I may be friends with. I respect ALL of you! That's why I am speaking out.
